Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Automation testers to drive end-to-end quality assurance strategies, lead automation initiatives, and ensure high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test automation frameworks, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with modern testing tools and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring efficient test planning, execution, and delivery
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks
• Oversee functional, API, and database testing activities
• Drive test management, reporting, and defect tracking processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Dev, DevOps, and Product
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
• Ensure quality standards across releases and mentor team members
• Leverage GenAI tools to optimize testing efficiency and productivity

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, and Python
• Proven experience in test automation and framework development
• Experience with API testing using Postman (or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of test management, design, and reporting

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Knowledge of Database testing (preferably DynamoDB)
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Familiarity with GenAI tools in QA processes
