We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer to support quality assurance efforts across our enterprise technology landscape, including HCM, Finance, GTM, and Legal platforms. This role will be responsible for defining test strategy, executing comprehensive testing plans, and ensuring high-quality system releases across complex workflows and integrations.
The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments and understands how enterprise systems interact across HR, Revenue, Finance, and Legal workflows.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience testing SaaS platforms and enterprise integrations, and the ability to operate independently in cross-functional environments.
The ideal candidate must be willing to travel and work across multiple time zones to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of QA experience in enterprise systems
- Experience testing HCM, Finance, CRM, or Legal platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- System integrations
- Data validation
- API testing
- Experience using:
- Jira
- Test management tools (Xray, Zephyr, TestRail)
- Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly, adapt to evolving environments, and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright
- Proficiency in Java or Python for automation scripting
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining automation frameworks and scalable regression suites.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Analysis
- Define and own an end-to-end QA strategy for system implementations and enhancements
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and regression test suites
- Establish QA standards, documentation practices, and quality benchmarks
- Identify risk areas and proactively design mitigation strategies
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Identify functional, integration, and regression test scenarios
- Develop comprehensive test plans aligned with project scope
- Assess test readiness and highlight requirement gaps
Test Case Design & Execution
- Write detailed test cases for:
- HCM systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP)
- Finance systems (Billing, ERP, Revenue recognition)
- GTM platforms (CRM, CPQ, Marketing Automation)
- Legal systems (CLM, contract workflows)
- Execute API and UI tests across environments
- Perform system integration testing (SIT)
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Test Automation & Framework Development
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium or Playwright
- Write automation scripts using Java or Python
- Identify high-value regression scenarios for automation
- Improve test coverage through scalable automation frameworks
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Reduce manual regression effort and improve release velocity
- Continuously optimize automation stability and execution time
Defect Management
- Log, triage, and track defects in Jira
- Validate fixes and conduct retesting
- Provide clear defect documentation including repro steps
- Assess severity and business impact
Integration & Cross-System Testing
- Validate data flows between systems
- Test downstream and upstream dependencies
- Support regression testing across multiple platforms
- Verify role-based access and permission configurations
Reporting & Release Support
- Provide QA signoff and release readiness reports
- Track pass/fail rates and defect trends
- Highlight risk areas before go-live
- Support production validation post-deployment
