Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead for a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Automation Test Lead will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks. Key responsibilities include developing and managing test plans, creating and executing test cases, troubleshooting testing issues, ensuring high-quality software through detailed quality assurance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline automation processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Process Automation and Automation tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating, executing, and managing Test Cases and related documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to perform Troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience with Quality Assurance practices and maintaining system quality standards.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.
