We’re seeking an Automation Specialist who can identify inefficiencies, build practical automations, and ensure our systems run cleanly across tools. This role is focused on execution — not theory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build automations (Make, Zapier, APIs)
- Connect tools (Trello, Slack, Google Sheets)
- Replace manual tasks with automation
- Maintain data consistency across systems
- Fix broken automations quickly
- Support Ops workflow improvements
- Document automation processes
Qualifications
- Experience with Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks
- Strong workflow and systems understanding
- Ability to simplify complex processes
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
This is a remote, hourly paid independent contractor position. Our team is based in New York, USA. We welcome international applicants.
