Job Title
Automation Tester – Playwright
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using TypeScript.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate backend services through API testing.
- Write and execute SQL queries for database validation and data verification.
- Integrate automation suites with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing/Automation Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright Automation Framework.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
- Experience with API Testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
- Good understanding of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
Preferred Skills
- Insurance domain experience.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and design patterns.
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Experience with performance and integration testing.
