Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Specialist located in Noida. The Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing process automation systems. Key responsibilities include identifying areas for automation, troubleshooting existing systems, creating and executing test cases to ensure operational effectiveness, and supporting quality assurance efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency will be a crucial part of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Process Automation and Automation systems to streamline and optimize business operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Proficiency in designing and executing Test Cases to validate system functionality
- Background in Quality Assurance methodologies to ensure reliability and accuracy in automated processes
- Solid understanding of automation tools and technologies, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous
- Experience in the flooring, manufacturing, or construction industry is a plus
