Role Description
The Automation Sales Engineer will oversee sales efforts, provide technical expertise, and support customers in identifying and implementing automation solutions. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and maintaining customer relationships. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune Division.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales Engineering with the ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Skilled in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in Technical Support to provide post-sales assistance and ensure seamless implementation of automation solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on automation or industrial systems preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial automation technologies and systems.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the Pune industrial landscape is an advantage.
