Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Sales Engineer, based in New Delhi. The Automation Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring the effective sales of automation products and solutions. The role involves fostering customer relationships, addressing technical inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Candidates will also provide regular updates on industry trends and customer needs to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and understanding of technical sales processes
- Strong capabilities in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain customer relationships
- Technical Support expertise to assist clients in resolving challenges effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts and conduct presentations clearly and professionally
- Background or experience in automation and bearing solutions is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site as required
