Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automation Quality Assurance and Performance Engineer, based in Itanagar. The role involves designing and executing test strategies, performing both manual and automated testing, and ensuring that software products meet stringent quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for creating and reviewing test cases, executing test plans, reporting bugs, and enhancing the overall quality assurance process. The engineer will work closely with development teams to identify, document, and resolve issues to ensure performance and reliability in Sheen AI's technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Test Execution, Software Testing, and Test Cases development
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Manual Testing methodologies
- Proficiency in identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting software bugs
- Understanding of automation frameworks and performance testing tools is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with development and product teams to ensure product quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Prior experience in quality assurance for AI or technology-driven industries is an advantage
