Job Summary: We are seeking experienced QA Analysts with expertise in both automation and manual testing to join our teams in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. This role is central to ensuring the reliability and accuracy of our solutions within the insurance domain, where precision and compliance are critical. QA Analysts in this position act as guardians of quality, validating that systems not only function correctly but also align with business rules and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand insurance workflows and translate them into test scenarios.
- Design and execute both manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, performance, and compliance.
- Ensure test coverage across critical insurance processes such as claims, underwriting, and policy administration.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to regression testing strategies to safeguard against business disruptions during releases.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, providing quality insights that influence delivery timelines and priorities.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test data and guiding business users through validation steps.
- Continuously refine testing approaches to improve efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with evolving insurance regulations.
Mandatory Skills
- Automation Testing (Selenium/Java or equivalent)
- Manual Testing (Functional, Regression, UAT)
- Insurance Domain Knowledge (Claims, Policy, Underwriting)
- Test Management Tools (JIRA, ALM, or similar)
- SQL/Database Validation

- API Testing (Postman/RestAssured)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
