Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Automation & Media AI Engineer to support and enhance automation workflows and AI-driven media tools. The role involves monitoring workflows, troubleshooting automation processes, and handling L2/L3 production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage automation workflows
- Troubleshoot bots/process failures and ensure resolution
- Handle ticket-based support (L2 & L3 issues)
- Execute minor enhancements and fixes
- Maintain documentation and runbooks
- Work with Media AI tools and ITSM platforms
Mandatory Skills
- Workflow Monitoring
- Bot/Process Troubleshooting
- Ticket-Based Support
- Minor Enhancements Execution
Good to Have
- Documentation & Runbook creation
- Exposure to Media AI tools (e.g., Roots Automation, HeyGen or similar)
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Basic observability knowledge
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services
