About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automation & Media AI Engineer to join our team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for workflow monitoring, troubleshooting, ticket-based support, and executing minor enhancements for automation and Media AI platforms. You will work with tools such as Roots Automation, HeyGen, and ServiceNow, ensuring smooth operations and high system reliability in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Monitoring & Support
- Monitor automation workflows and Media AI processes to ensure operational stability.
- Provide L2 and L3 support for bot/process-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Handle ticket-based support using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Enhancements & Maintenance
- Execute minor enhancements to existing automation and Media AI solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) .
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system performance and reliability.
Observability & Cloud Integration
- Apply basic observability concepts (logs, metrics, alerts) to monitor system health.
- Work with cloud services (AWS) for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting (desirable).
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement changes.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
Mandatory Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in automation support, workflow monitoring, or related roles.
- Strong experience in workflow monitoring, bot/process troubleshooting, and ticket-based support.
- Proficiency in executing minor enhancements to automation solutions.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) for ticket management and tracking.
- Familiarity with Media AI tools such as Roots Automation, HeyGen, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of basic observability concepts (monitoring, logging, alerting).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Bangalore.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cloud services (AWS) .
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
- Familiarity with runbooks and automation documentation.
