Automation Intern (n8n)
We’re hiring Automation Interns who want to build real-world systems using AI and no-code tools.
This is not a learning-only role. You will work on actual business use cases across sales, lead generation, and operations. If you enjoy solving problems, building workflows, and understanding how systems connect, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build automation workflows using n8n
- Automate lead capture, follow-ups, and CRM pipelines
- Integrate multiple tools such as WhatsApp APIs, email platforms, Google Sheets, and CRMs
- Work on webhook-based and trigger-based systems
- Assist in building internal tools like reporting dashboards and outreach systems
- Debug, test, and optimize workflows for reliability and performance
- Document workflows and ensure smooth handovers for client usage
Requirements
- Basic understanding of n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and JSON data handling
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to break down processes and convert them into automation flows
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Basic JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with WhatsApp/Meta APIs
- Exposure to AI tools like OpenAI, chatbots, or LLM-based workflows
- Understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, or CRM systems
- Any prior automation projects (personal or freelance)
