About the role
We are looking for a hands-on technical builder who can self-host tools, wire up automations, and ship working software end to end. You will own our internal tooling and infrastructure - from spinning up open source apps on our own servers, to building automated workflows, to developing and hosting websites and internal apps.
This is a broad, high-ownership role suited to someone who likes solving problems across the stack rather than staying in one lane.
What you will do
• Self-host and maintain open source tools on our own infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
• Build, deploy, and host websites and internal web apps.
• Write clean, maintainable code across front end and back end.
• Connect systems together via APIs and webhooks.
• Keep infrastructure secure, reliable, and documented.
What we are looking for
• Practical experience self-hosting open source tools (Docker, VPS, or similar).
• Strong hands-on skills with at least one automation platform (n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Solid coding ability - comfortable across full-stack web development.
• Experience deploying and hosting websites or apps.
• A builder mindset: you ship, test, and iterate independently.
Nice to have
• Experience with n8n specifically (our preferred automation tool).
• Familiarity with API integrations and no-code / low-code tooling.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment.
