Your Opportunity
As a HubSpot Automation Expert on BeGig, you’ll work on freelance projects focused on building and optimizing automation across marketing, sales, and customer success. You’ll help businesses streamline operations, improve lead conversion, and scale revenue through well-architected HubSpot workflows—without the constraints of a traditional full-time role.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement automation workflows in HubSpot
- Build and optimize lead capture, nurturing, scoring, and routing systems
- Configure marketing automation (emails, sequences, campaigns)
- Set up CRM pipelines, lifecycle stages, and deal automation
- Develop dashboards and reports to track performance and KPIs
- Integrate HubSpot with external tools, APIs, and data sources
- Ensure data hygiene, governance, and system scalability
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to drive efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot automation and CRM workflows
- Experience with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- Familiarity with lead lifecycle management and funnel optimization
- Experience with integrations (APIs, Zapier, Make, webhooks)
- Strong understanding of data structure, segmentation, and reporting
- Analytical mindset with experience optimizing campaigns and workflows
- Basic technical skills (HTML, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A self-driven freelancer who can independently manage HubSpot automation systems
