We're Hiring | Automation Engineer – PLC Programmer (Rockwell Automation) | 1–5 Years Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs using Studio 5000 Logix Designer and RSLogix 500.
- Design and configure HMI/SCADA applications using FactoryTalk View ME/SE.
- Commission, test, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems at customer sites.
- Configure industrial networks, motion control systems, servo drives, and communication protocols.
- Participate in software development, FAT, SAT, site commissioning, production startup, and final project handover.
- Prepare technical documentation, including FDS, IO Mapping, Commissioning Reports, and As-Built Documents.
- Provide on-site technical support and collaborate with customers throughout project execution.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Control, and Industrial Networking.
- Experience with ControlLogix, CompactLogix, FactoryTalk View, Kinetix Servo Systems, PowerFlex Drives, and EtherNet/IP.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who can independently handle PLC programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel across India for project commissioning and customer support.
