Job Description
Position: Agentic AI Engineer (AI Automation Engineer / LLM Agent Developer)
Role summary
You will design, build and maintain intelligent AI agents (based on LLMs) that automate repetitive processes in the company:
• Extract BOMs and material lists from technical drawings/PDFs
• Fill surveys automatically
• Generate and send RFQ emails to suppliers
• Read incoming emails, extract data, centralize it in database
• Generate synthetic reports and support the sales team
What the candidate must know (must-have)
• Strong Python (OOP, async, libraries)
• LLM agent frameworks: LangGraph / LangChain / CrewAI (must have built real multi-step agents)
• Document intelligence: multimodal LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Gemini 1.5) + PDF parsing (LlamaParse, Unstructured, pdfplumber)
• Email automation (IMAP + SMTP or Gmail/Outlook API)
• FastAPI, PostgreSQL, vector DBs
• Docker + basic deployment (Railway/Render/Fly.io)
Working Knowledge in Crew AI, LangGraph, FastAPI, Docker, etc
