About the Role
You will design and build automation workflows that eliminate repetitive manual processes using RPA tools and Python scripting. You will work under senior engineers to map processes, configure bots, and maintain automation solutions.

Responsibilities
- Map and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Build and configure RPA bots using UiPath or Power Automate.
- Write Python scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Test automation workflows and implement exception handling.
- Monitor deployed bots and resolve production issues.
- Document automation solutions and maintain runbooks.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Solid Python programming skills (required).
- Familiarity with at least one RPA tool (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
- Analytical mindset with attention to process detail.
- Exposure to API integrations is a plus.
