🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Automation Engineer with hands-on exposure to industrial automation systems. The role involves working on real-time projects in PLC, HMI, SCADA, IIoT, and shopfloor integrations across automotive and industrial sectors.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- PLC Programming & Development
- Hands-on programming in Mitsubishi Electric, Siemens, Delta Electronics and similar platforms
- HMI / SCADA Development
- Design and configure HMI screens and SCADA systems for industrial applications
- Industrial Communication
- Work with protocols like Modbus TCP/IP, OPC, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, MQTT, etc.
- IIoT & Data Integration
- Integration of machine data into MES / cloud platforms (like OperateX)
- Panel & Field Understanding
- Strong understanding of electrical panel wiring, I/O mapping, and field signals
- Site Work & Commissioning
- Installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites
🛠️ Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PLC programming
- Understanding of HMI & SCADA systems
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
- Must have knowledge of panel wiring & electrical drawings
- Willingness to travel for site work
- Strong problem-solving attitude
🎯 Preferred Skills
- Exposure to MES / IIoT platforms
- Experience with vision systems / traceability systems
- Basic understanding of industrial networks & cybersecurity
