Having brought clarity to over 20,000 families, we are now poised to scale this impact to a ₹50 Crore milestone. We believe the true purpose of technology is to simplify human effort and bring 'peace' to society. To achieve this, we are looking for a Systems Architect to build the digital "Nervous System" of our organization.

The Mandate

Our vision is vast, and our journey is long. Currently, many of our operations rely on manual human effort. We require a specialist who can harness the power of Airtable, Make.com, and AI to construct a flawless, automated ecosystem that operates with integrity and precision 24/7—even in our absence.

Technical Landscape

You will be the master of our stack:

• Airtable: Database architecture and interfaces.
• Make.com (Integromat): Complex workflow automation.
• AI Integration: Weaving Claude/ChatGPT into operational logic.
  

The Selection Process (Dignified & Transparent)

1. Introduction: A brief video call to understand each other's vision and values.
2. The Creation Project (Paid): We respect your craft. Selected candidates will be commissioned for a pilot project worth ₹10,000. This honorarium is paid upon completion, regardless of the final hiring decision.
3. The Dialogue: A final discussion with the Founder to ensure cultural and spiritual alignment.
