Role Description
JNJSys Digital Technologies is seeking a full-time Automation Engineer for its on-site location in Chennai. The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automated solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency. Daily responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting automation scripts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze process improvements, and ensuring optimization of automated systems for reliability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Automation Framework Development, Testing Automation, and Tool Implementation
- Experience in Scripting Languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) and System Integration
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation solutions effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Prior experience in automation in a corporate or industrial setting is advantageous
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
