🔧 Key Responsibilities
• PLC Programming for automation projects using Siemens, Allen Bradley & Mitsubishi
• HMI Designing and development
• Project Commissioning across PAN India
• Support electricians during electrical wiring and panel/site activities
• Preparation of project documentation such as I/O List, BOQ, Flow Charts, Control Architecture, etc.
• Integration and commissioning of automation and field devices
• Troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, VFD and field-level automation systems
💡 Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of PLC Programming – Siemens, Allen Bradley & Mitsubishi
• Programming experience in Ladder, STL, SCL, etc.
• HMI Designing and Configuration
• SCADA Designing and Configuration
• Commissioning of field devices such as Barcode Scanners, Distance Sensors, Proximity/Sensors, Weighing Systems and Special Devices
• VFD Commissioning & Configuration – Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, ABB, etc.
• Ability to read and understand EPLAN drawings
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Material Handling Automation, including:
– Conveyor Systems
– Goods Lift
– Sorting Systems
– ASRS
– Warehouse & Intralogistics Automation
🎯 Preferred Candidate
Candidates with hands-on experience in Factory Automation, Material Handling, Conveyor & Sortation Systems, Warehouse Automation or Intralogistics will be preferred.
