🚀 Hiring: Digital Manufacturing / MES Engineer (Industry 4.0)
📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu / Badvel, Andhra Pradesh

🔧 Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled MES / Industry 4.0 Engineer to drive digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing plants. This role involves implementing MES solutions, integrating shopfloor systems, and enabling smart manufacturing use cases.
🏭 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support MES implementation and rollout at plant level
- Map manufacturing processes into MES workflows
- Integrate MES with PLC / SCADA / HMI systems
- Enable machine & utility data acquisition
- Configure MES modules: OEE, Production Tracking, Quality, Downtime, Traceability
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and IT teams
- Coordinate with vendors and system integrators
- Support testing, commissioning, training, and stabilization
- Drive IIoT and Industry 4.0 initiatives
⚙️ Required Skills
- Strong experience in Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI)
- Hands-on experience with MES platforms like:
- Ignition, AVEVA MES, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Wonderware, SAP ME/MII
- Knowledge of protocols: OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, MQTT
- Understanding of Manufacturing KPIs (OEE, Productivity, Quality, Downtime)
- Basic knowledge of SQL / databases
🏭 Preferred Background
- Experience in process / discrete manufacturing (FMCG, plywood, MDF, etc.)
- Exposure to IIoT / Industry 4.0 projects
🎓 Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation / Mechatronics
