Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, and REST Assured to join our QA team. The ideal candidate must have end-to-end automation experience and mandatory Airline domain knowledge. This role is hybrid based in Gurgaon and requires collaboration with onsite and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web and API applications.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and REST Assured.
- Develop API automation suites and validate backend services and integrations.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, test design, and test execution.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous quality delivery.
- Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing in agile sprints.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure quality throughout SDLC.
- Analyze test results, log defects, and track them to closure.
- Improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort.
Required Skills:
- 58 years of strong Automation Testing experience.
- Excellent programming skills in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
- Strong experience with REST Assured for API automation testing.
- Experience in building test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Good understanding of TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Azure DevOps).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
