Regal Kitchen is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Automation & Data Systems Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable data systems and automated workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools, along with a proven ability to deliver real-time insights, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines for real-time data processing and reporting
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
• Build and optimize data models for KPI tracking, forecasting, and operational analytics
• Automate manual workflows using Python, Google Apps Script, and APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Deliver executive-level insights and actionable reports to support strategic decisions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system reliability across reporting pipelines
• Leverage LLMs and AI tools to accelerate development and enhance automation efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL
• Advanced expertise in Excel (Power Query) and Google Sheets (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
• Knowledge of ETL processes, API integrations, and data pipeline architecture
• Experience with Google Apps Script or JavaScript-based automation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with real-time reporting systems and operational analytics
• Familiarity with AI-driven development workflows and LLM-based automation
