Role Description 📍 Location: Sanand, Gujarat

Role overview:
Lead automation design, review, and implementation for industrial manufacturing projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
Key responsibilities:
→ Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal, Mitsubishi GX Works, and Beckhoff TwinCAT
→ Design and validate OPC UA Information Models, NodeSets, telemetry structures, and industrial communication interfaces
→ Define and support PLC–SCADA–MES integration, including data exchange, alarm management, and production data mapping
→ Execute FAT, SAT, commissioning, and performance optimization at supplier and plant sites
→ Review supplier documentation, software standards, network architectures, and technical deliverables for compliance
→ Support functional safety validation, risk assessments, safety PLC configuration, and IEC/ISO compliance
→ Collaborate with OEMs, MES/SCADA vendors, IT/OT teams, and manufacturing stakeholders
→ Contribute to industrial cybersecurity, OT network integration, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
7+ years in industrial automation, PLC programming, manufacturing systems integration, and project execution.
