Role Objective
Design, deploy, and operationalize AI-powered workflows integrated with ERP and enterprise data systems. This role will focus on building conversational AI agents, automating reporting, and enabling business teams to access insights in real time.
Key Responsibilities
AI System Design & Deployment
- Build AI chatbot/agent solutions on top of ERP and enterprise databases.
- Enable conversational access to business data (inventory, finance, HR, projects).
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Workflow Automation
- Automate dashboards, alerts, and operational reports.
- Integrate AI outputs into daily business workflows (email, WhatsApp, dashboards).
- Build monitoring and anomaly detection systems.
ERP Integration
- Work with ERP teams to extract and structure data via APIs.
- Support secure role-based access to AI systems.
- Ensure production-grade deployment of AI solutions.
Training & Adoption
- Train business users on AI tools and prompt usage.
- Create prompt libraries, usage guides, and documentation.
- Drive adoption across client teams.
Leadership Enablement
- Develop executive dashboards and insight summaries.
- Translate business problems into AI use cases.
- Present solutions and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- BTech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science / AI / Data Science)
- MBA Analytics
Required Experience & Skills
· 3–5 years in AI, automation, or enterprise technology consulting
· Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
· Strong knowledge of LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, and RAG frameworks
· Experience with dashboards and automation tools
· Strong communication and client-facing skills
Compensation
Remuneration will be as per the industry standard and will depend upon the candidate’s experience levels.
