Role: IT Automation Architect / Head of Automation
Experience: 15–20 years
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced IT Automation Architect / Head of Automation to lead our enterprise-wide automation strategy. This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for defining the automation vision, building reusable frameworks, and driving end‑to‑end automation across hybrid cloud, on‑prem, and SaaS environments.
If you have deep hands-on expertise across cloud, infrastructure, identity, DevOps, ServiceNow, and API automation — along with strong architectural leadership — this role offers the opportunity to influence automation at scale.
What You’ll Lead
- Enterprise automation architecture across cloud, on‑prem, and ITSM platforms
- Automation frameworks, standards, and governance models
- End‑to‑end automation for JML lifecycle, identity, infrastructure, and incident response
- IaC‑based automation using Terraform, Bicep/ARM, or CloudFormation
- Automation integrated with CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and AIOps
- ServiceNow workflow automation and IntegrationHub orchestrations
- API-first integrations across ITSM, CMDB, monitoring, and endpoint platforms
- Conversational AI, LLM-driven automation, and RPA initiatives
Skills & Expertise We’re Looking For
- 15+ years in IT infrastructure and enterprise systems
- 8+ years in automation architecture
- Strong scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash
- Deep IaC experience (Terraform, Bicep/ARM, CloudFormation)
- Hybrid cloud automation (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware)
- Hands‑on ServiceNow workflow automation
- Strong understanding of Identity and RBAC automation
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- API integrations, event-driven automation, and AIOps exposure
- Excellent architectural thinking and communication skills
Preferred Certifications
- AWS/Azure Solutions Architect
- DevOps Engineer (AWS/Azure)
- Terraform Associate
- TOGAF (EA)
