Position: Automation Anywhere Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere Developer with expertise in AA360 to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions. The role involves working on complex automation workflows, managing deployments, and optimizing bot performance to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and Deployment:
- Build and deploy scalable bots using Automation Anywhere 360.
- Customize solutions to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
- Control Room and AA360 Management:
- Manage the Automation Anywhere Control Room for bot deployment, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bot errors to maintain operational efficiency.
- Process Analysis and Optimization:
- Collaborate with business analysts to identify automation opportunities and streamline processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement solutions for process improvements.
- Documentation:
- Create detailed process documentation, including workflows, technical design documents, and user manuals.
- Maintain version control and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Training and Support:
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
- Ensure successful knowledge transfer for deployed solutions.
Required Skills:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Automation Anywhere 360 (AA360).
- Strong experience with Control Room management and bot orchestration.
- Familiarity with advanced features like MetaBots and IQ Bots.
- Programming and Integration:
- Scripting skills in Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of integrating bots with REST/SOAP APIs and other enterprise systems.
- Database Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and integration.
- Experience with database connections in automation workflows.
- Process Mapping and Documentation:
- Experience in documenting workflows using BPMN or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail for creating technical specifications.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across various functions.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Automation Anywhere (AA360 Certified Advanced RPA Professional preferred).
- Knowledge of AI/ML integrations for cognitive automation.
- Familiarity with process discovery and task mining tools.
- Experience in business process optimization or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
