Automation Anywhere Developer Hiring | 5–8 Years Experience | Delhi/NCR | Remote / Onsite
We are looking for Automation Anywhere Developers to join our growing Intelligent Automation team. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions to streamline enterprise processes using Automation Anywhere and RPA technologies.

Role: Automation Anywhere Developer
Experience: 5 – 8 Years
Location: Delhi / NCR (Remote / Hybrid / Onsite options available)
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / Equivalent Technical Degree
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Build reusable automation components and frameworks.
- Integrate RPA bots with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Perform bot testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather automation requirements.
- Maintain documentation for automation workflows and processes.
- Provide support and enhancements for existing automation solutions.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360).
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and automation lifecycle.
- Experience in process automation, bot development, and deployment.
- Knowledge of API integration, Excel automation, and data processing.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or scripting languages is a plus.
- Understanding of workflow automation and exception handling.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other RPA tool (UiPath) is a plus.
- Exposure to AI, OCR, document processing, or intelligent automation.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices.
