Who We Are:
Jane Group is a fast-growing aviation and supply chain business operating across India, Hong Kong, and Dubai. Through Jane Aerospace Pvt Ltd (India), Jane Tech Labs Ltd (Hong Kong), and Jane Aero Tech Supply Chain FZCO (Dubai), we source, procure, and move aviation parts, aircraft, and drone components across global markets. We work with vendors across North America, Europe, China, and South East Asia and attend major international aviation events including NBAA and MRO Americas.
We are building Supply Chain as a Service (SCaaS) — automating our own operations intelligently first, then offering that as a product to other companies. This is the first dedicated technology role at Jane Group. You will be building the foundation.

Timeline
What You Will Build
Month 1–2
Automate vendor management workflows using Zoho Flow and Deluge. Integrate Claude.ai API for operational summaries and exception alerts.
Month 3–4
Build two live Zoho Analytics dashboards — India operations and group-level. Automate the vendor onboarding process end-to-end.
Month 5–6
Eliminate 10+ manual tasks across the vendor management and logistics teams. Document all modules in replicable SCaaS format.
Month 7–9
Develop and deploy a Vendor Risk Scoring ML model trained on Jane Group's own Zoho CRM and Books data.
Month 10–12
Build a baseline Demand Forecasting model for aviation parts. Propose the SCaaS product roadmap to the MD.
Your Responsibilities
Zoho One Automation-
• Automate end-to-end workflows across Zoho CRM, Books, Flow, Forms, Contracts, and Creator.
• Build automated triggers for vendor onboarding, document dispatch, and compliance tracking.
• Design and maintain real-time Zoho Analytics dashboards for MD oversight.
• Implement automated exception alerts: document expiries, SLA breaches, and shipment delays.
Claude.ai Integration — Day 1 Priority-
• Integrate Claude.ai via API into daily supply chain operations from Day 1.
• Build automated daily and weekly operational summaries delivered to the MD.
• Develop AI-powered document intelligence: auto-classify invoices, NDAs, and KYC documents.
• Build anomaly detection on vendor data, pricing, and delivery patterns.
AI & ML Model Development-
• Build and deploy ML models using Python, scikit-learn, pandas, and numpy on real operational data.
• Models to build: Vendor Risk Scoring, Demand Forecasting, Document Classification, Freight Cost Prediction.
SCaaS Product Development
• Document every automation module in replicable format for future external client deployment.
• Propose a SCaaS product roadmap to the MD by Month 6.
• Collaborate with the business development team to design automation modules for client needs.
Requirements
Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology. 2023, 2024, or 2025 graduates, and final year students awaiting results, are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills — Must Have
• Python — clean scripts, API calls, data handling without hand-holding.
• SQL — querying databases, joining tables, building datasets for reporting.
• ML fundamentals — understanding of model training; hands-on use of scikit-learn, pandas, or numpy in at least one project.
• Low-code / no-code automation — Zoho Flow, Deluge, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or any equivalent platform.
• REST APIs — calling endpoints and handling JSON responses in Python.
Good to Have
• Prior exposure to Zoho One applications: CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, or Flow.
• Any project, internship, or hackathon work involving automation, ML, or AI integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Supply chain or logistics domain knowledge — even at a conceptual level.

• Prior aviation experience — we will teach you the domain. You bring the technical foundation.
