Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Prakash automatic paper bag making machines to ensure smooth production.
- Set up the machine, adjust size, speed, and alignment according to production requirements.
- Ensure proper feeding of paper reels, glue application, and bag formation as per specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain correct bag size, printing alignment, and strength.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production output and maintain daily production records.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and quality team for machine performance and product quality.
- Ensure safety standards and operational guidelines are followed during machine operation.
- Identify and report machine issues or defects immediately to supervisors.
- Optimize machine performance to reduce wastage and increase productivity.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating Prakash or similar automatic paper bag machines.
- Knowledge of paper bag production process and machine settings.
- Ability to handle minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting.
