Role Description The Automatic Car Driver role at ZenCabs is a full-time, on-site position based in Jammu. The driver will operate automatic electric cabs, safely transporting passengers to their destinations while following traffic rules and company policies. Daily responsibilities include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, performing basic vehicle checks, and reporting any technical issues promptly. The driver will handle bookings and rides using mobile applications and in-car systems, assist passengers with boarding and luggage when needed, and ensure accurate, cashless or cash-based fare handling. The role also involves delivering courteous customer service, following assigned routes or navigation guidance, and coordinating with dispatch and operations teams for smooth shift management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members.
- Candidates should possess Service Quality and Training skills to maintain consistent ride standards and adopt new procedures or technologies.
- Candidates should possess Automotive-related skills, including safe driving of automatic vehicles and basic understanding of electric car operations.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record and familiarity with local routes in Jammu.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic smartphone literacy for using navigation, ride-hailing, and communication apps.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong focus on safety and passenger comfort.
