Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Automatic Battery Line Supervisor. The role is based in Kosamba, Surat. The supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the automatic battery production line, including managing team members, ensuring production quality, and maintaining efficiency. The role involves monitoring quality control standards, training team members, and ensuring the implementation of quality assurance processes. The supervisor will collaborate with relevant teams to optimize production and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to manage, coordinate, and lead a team effectively
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance: Knowledge and experience in maintaining and ensuring high production and product standards
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and management effectively
- Training: Experience in providing training to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Understanding of battery production processes and technical aptitude is beneficial
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in managing production lines or similar roles will be an added advantage
