Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Automation QA Resource with strong expertise in Python, Java, and modern automation tools. The candidate will lead end-to-end test automation strategy, build scalable frameworks, and drive quality across UI, API, database, and desktop applications.
Experience: 4+ Years
Shift time-4pm-1am IST
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, DB, and desktop testing
• Own end-to-end test strategy, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product, DevOps) for quality delivery
• Drive shift-left testing and automation-first approach
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality automation standards
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution
• Optimize test execution time and improve test coverage
• Define QA metrics and reporting dashboards
Technical Skills Required
Programming & Frameworks
• Strong hands-on experience in Python (PyTest) and Java (TestNG/JUnit)
• Experience in building hybrid automation frameworks (Data-driven, Keyword- driven, BDD)
UI Automation
• Expertise in Playwright, Selenium WebDriver
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing API Automation
• Strong experience in API testing using PyTest, Requests, RestAssured, Postman
• Knowledge of REST, JSON, OAuth, and microservices architecture, Database & Backend Testing
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins, data validation)
• Experience with DB automation and backend data validation
• Exposure to databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle Desktop Automation (Good to Have)
• Experience with tools like WinAppDriver, Pywinauto CI/CD & DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Integration of automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Docker and containerized test execution, Version Control & Tools
• Proficiency with Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
• Test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
Additional Tech Stack
• BDD tools like Cucumber / Behave
• Performance testing tools like JMeter
• Logging & reporting tools (Allure, Extent Reports)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure )
