About the role

Automated Health Systems is a premier healthcare focused customer service call center vendor expanding in the Maryland-area. This is a remote position. All equipment is provided, hard wired internet required. Providing accurate and consistent information. Providing quality customer service and support. Job Requirements: Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people. Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications. Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills. Maintain confidentiality of personal health information. Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
