Role Summary:
Lead the offshore team to manage transition, stabilization, and BAU support for engineering applications across Autodesk, custom (.NET/VBA), and 3D simulation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own L2/L3 support delivery, ensuring SLA adherence and timely resolution of tickets and change requests.
- Manage sub-teams (Autodesk, Non-Autodesk, Custom Apps) and drive shift-left initiatives.
- Oversee tools across the design-to-build lifecycle: Revit, Inventor, Vault, Demo3D/Emulate3D, and ACC.
- Act as escalation point for critical issues and enforce strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Provide reporting to stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and resolve team conflicts.
Requirements
10+ years in application support with team management experience.
Hands-on experience with Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, Vault, ACC).
Exposure to Demo3D/Emulate3D and industrial warehouse automation.
Strong knowledge of SLA-driven support and ITIL practices.
