Key Responsibilities
- Operate autoclaves for sterilization of equipment, components, and materials used in injectable manufacturing
- Monitor and control sterilization cycles (temperature, pressure, time) as per SOPs
- Load and unload autoclaves following aseptic and safety procedures
- Ensure proper documentation of sterilization records, batch logs, and equipment logs
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of autoclave equipment
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for validation and qualification activities
- Adhere to cGMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines
- Handle deviations, incidents, and CAPA documentation related to sterilization processes
- Support media fills and validation studies as required
