Role Description The AutoCAD Teacher role at CAD DESK India is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The teacher will conduct classroom sessions, deliver step-by-step instruction in AutoCAD, and guide learners through practical exercises and projects. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, demonstrating software tools and workflows, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves supporting curriculum updates, conducting assessments, maintaining training records, and collaborating with the training team to ensure consistent teaching standards and a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engage diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess Curriculum Development skills to design, structure, and update course content for AutoCAD and related subjects.
- Candidates should possess solid Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills, with hands-on experience using AutoCAD for professional or academic projects.
- Candidates should possess relevant domain knowledge in Interior Design or related design fields to demonstrate practical industry applications.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, or design; prior experience as a CAD instructor or trainer; strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools; and the ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.
