I hold a Bachelor of Architectural Design and an MBA in Project Management, and I am currently enrolled in Interior Design Planning & Styling at TAFE QLD Southbank (2026) while preparing to commence my M.Arch at Queensland University of Technology — a reflection of my long-term commitment to growing within the Australian design industry. I am a registered architect with the Council of Architecture (India) and hold full Australian Permanent Residency with the right to work immediately. I am highly proficient in AutoCAD at an expert level — I have even taught the software to individual students, including advanced topics such as XREFs and complex drafting workflows. I am also skilled in Chief Architect, SketchUp, and AI-assisted design tools. I am currently upskilling in Revit and progressing steadily. My technical strengths extend to NCC-compliant construction documentation, site feasibility, fire safety drawings, MEP/HVAC coordination, and client-facing design delivery. Since relocating to Brisbane in December 2025, I have been actively delivering freelance architectural and drafting services for local builders and private clients, including residential renovations, interior planning, construction documentation, and fire safety drawings in collaboration with JR Fire Defence Pty Ltd and Ardor Solutions. Prior to this, I built a diverse international career spanning residential developments, high-end corporate interiors, large-scale commercial fit-outs, retail rollouts, and warehouse facilities across India, Qatar, and Uganda — including projects exceeding 40,000 sq.ft and multi-outlet retail programmes.
