Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter with 2–3 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering drafting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing Civil Site Plans, Seating Layouts, Space Planning Drawings, Interior Layouts, and Tenant Fit-Out Drawings. Prior experience working on U.S.-based projects is highly preferred.
The candidate must possess strong communication skills, be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications, and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position requires willingness to work night shifts to support U.S. project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and maintain Civil Site Plans and Construction Drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop Seating Layouts, Space Planning Drawings, Interior Layouts, and Tenant Fit-Out Plans.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, and Consultants to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Incorporate project revisions and client comments into drawings in a timely manner.
- Maintain drawing standards and quality control procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of permit, design, and construction documentation packages.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established project schedules.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using AutoCAD.
- Proven experience in:
- Civil Site Plan Drafting
- Seating Layouts
- Space Planning
- Interior Layouts
- Tenant Fit-Out Drawings
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on U.S.-based projects.
- Familiarity with U.S. drafting standards, construction documentation, and permitting processes.
- Experience coordinating with international project teams.
Work Requirements
