As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented AutoCAD Designer/Draftsman to join our engineering team.
Job Description
We are looking for an AutoCAD Designer who can prepare accurate technical drawings for elevator projects. Prior experience in the elevator industry is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong AutoCAD skills and a willingness to learn elevator design are encouraged to apply, as complete training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for residential and commercial elevator projects.
* Create elevator layout drawings, shaft drawings, machine room layouts, and fabrication drawings.
* Revise drawings based on site measurements and customer requirements.
* Coordinate with the sales, engineering, production, and installation teams.
* Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company standards.
* Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
* Support the engineering team with technical drafting requirements.
Requirements
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related field.
* Good understanding of technical drawings and dimensions.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Freshers with excellent AutoCAD knowledge are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in elevator/lift drafting (preferred but not required).
* Knowledge of fabrication drawings is an advantage.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD 3D or SolidWorks is a plus.
