Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer with mandatory experience in the elevator industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in designing elevator components, especially in the elevator safety systems, cabin doors, and control panel boxes.
We are specifically seeking someone who has worked in the elevator segment and has practical exposure to lift equipment design and fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for elevator components
- Design and develop elevator cabin doors, safety systems, and control panel metal boxes
- Prepare fabrication drawings for sheet metal components
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, and assembly teams
- Ensure designs meet industry standards and safety requirements
- Modify and optimize existing designs based on site and production feedback
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in the elevator industry (Lift segment)
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D)
- Experience in sheet metal design and fabrication
- In-depth understanding of elevator components and safety mechanisms
- Prior experience in cabin doors and control panel box design is a must
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field
- Experience with laser cutting, bending, and fabrication processes
