Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Architect / AutoCAD Designer. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing architectural and construction drawings, preparing design concepts, creating 2D plans and 3D visualizations, and supporting the execution of infrastructure and hospitality projects.
The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, site teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure that designs align with project requirements and execution standards. The candidate will also contribute to space planning, design presentations, construction documentation, BOQs, estimations, and on-site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and refine architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop 2D plans, working drawings, and 3D visualizations for projects
- Design and support execution of flyovers, public spaces, sports infrastructure, and hospitality projects
- Assist in planning hotel layouts, interiors, and renovation concepts
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, consultants, and vendors during project execution
- Modify drawings and designs based on site conditions and project requirements
- Support BOQs, estimations, presentations, and design documentation
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with project standards and timelines
- Resolve design and execution-related challenges effectively
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of Architectural Drawings, Construction Drawings, and Space Planning
- Good understanding of construction processes, site execution, and material coordination
- Ability to create high-quality presentations and visualization concepts
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, hospitality, or public projects is an added advantage
