Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Autocad Designer (3D Tool) role based in Gurugram. The Autocad Designer will create and modify detailed 2D and 3D drawings, models, and layouts for architectural and construction projects using AutoCAD and related 3D tools. Responsibilities include interpreting design briefs, translating conceptual sketches into precise technical drawings, and preparing construction drawings and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to refine designs, ensure accuracy, and incorporate feedback and revisions. The designer will support space planning, verify measurements, maintain drawing standards, and ensure timely delivery of all design outputs.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in creating and revising Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and sections.
- Demonstrated ability in Drawing and Space Planning to translate concepts into practical, efficient layouts that meet project requirements.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clarify requirements, and present design options clearly.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and 3D design tools; familiarity with other CAD/BIM software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp) is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and readiness to work on-site in Gurugram.
- Understanding of basic building codes, construction practices, and industry drawing standards is preferred.
