About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join us in Manchester. As part of a collaborative team, working with both car retailers and internal stakeholders you will advocate and embed our New Car and Digital Retailing products. Using your expert product knowledge, curiosity and our unrivaled data you will enable our customers to remain competitive in today’s digital marketplace. By partnering with car retailers you will optimise product performance and drive engagement through sharing best practice, delivering training and fixing problems. You will humanise data and complex products and align them to their goals and strategies so they can meet the needs of today’s online car buyers. You’ll also work closely with the wider business and our Account Manager community to share insight, and product updates and to support them in un-locking commercial opportunity with their customers. This role plays a huge role in the digital transformation of our customers, we therefore need you to be passionate about customer success and driving return on investment. What we're looking for You might believe that a passion for cars and knowledge of the automotive industry is a requirement, but guess what? It’s not! Experience working with customers to drive change, engagement and performance. You will be a great a building relationship with stakeholders and will have experience presenting to customers. Experience coaching, showcasing, and embedding solutions, products or ways of working. You will have a consultative approach with the ability to clearly articulate products, customer behaviour and the competitor landscape. Experience in using data to tell a story and you’ll be confident using Excel or other insight tools such as Looker. You will be great at identifying and resolving complex problems that require you to challenge the norm. You will be commercially minded and will ideally have experience supporting team targets and KPI’s. You will be proactive and have a collaborative approach which allows you to spot opportunities and drive change forward. Finally, we’re looking for someone who is curious and excited to become an expert in our New Car and Digital Retailing products.
