About the Role
This is a true B2B outside sales (hunter) role focused on generating new business.
You will:
- Prospect and develop new accounts within your territory
- Build relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers
- Close new business and grow your book of accounts
This is NOT a warm-lead role, you’ll be actively prospecting daily.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct 20–30 in-person cold calls per day
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business
- Sell commercial dishwashing and sanitation solutions
- Manage your full sales cycle from lead to close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline
- Partner with service/installation teams to onboard new clients
What We’re Looking For
- Hunter mentality, comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience preferred (B2B, D2D, or hospitality is a plus)
- Self-motivated and driven to hit targets
- Valid driver’s license
