Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Authorizer position located in Indore. The Authorizer will be responsible for verifying and authorizing branch transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, performing quality checks, and supporting daily banking operations. The role includes monitoring transaction workflows, implementing internal controls, and addressing discrepancies within operational processes. Collaboration with team members to maintain smooth branch operations and provide excellent service is a core responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance requirements, and internal auditing processes
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in transaction verification
• Teamwork and the ability to communicate effectively with branch staff and customers
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with banking software
• Customer service orientation with the ability to manage time and priorities efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in banking or financial services will be an advantage
