Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Author Relationship Coordinator. The Author Relationship Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for authors, fostering strong professional relationships by assisting them with branding, marketing, and distribution needs. This role involves managing communications, coordinating promotional activities, supporting events, tracking projects, and ensuring timely delivery of services aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in project coordination, time management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge or experience in branding, marketing strategy, and social media engagement
• Ability to provide exceptional client support while managing multiple tasks
• Experience working with authors, publishers, or in a related creative field is a plus
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and a self-motivated work ethic
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
