We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and evolve the digital ecosystem across the Author & Edit portfolio. This role will own the digital guest experience across all brands, from websites and CRM to email marketing, digital listings and paid media support, ensuring every digital touchpoint is thoughtful, elevated, on-brand and performance-driven. This role requires someone with equal fluency in brand and performance, someone who understands that in a brand-led hospitality company, digital must not only function seamlessly, but feel visually considered, cohesive and distinctly on-brand at every touchpoint.

Lead the strategy, execution and performance of the CRM program across all brands, including audience segmentation, automated flows, campaign deployment and ongoing optimization
